Taiwan Testing and Certification Center is a non-profit organization and under the surveillance of Bureau of Standards, Metrology & Inspection (BSMI), the MOEA of the Republic of China. Taiwan Testing and certification Center was established as a specialized and equitable inspection/certification Institute.
